HACSU's 'Thank You Public Sector Week' starts Sunday

Public Sector

HACSU organisers are hitting the road this Sunday and throughout next week to visit public sector workplaces across the state to show our appreciation for your hard work caring for our community.

As a special thank you, there are some great prizes up for grabs for HACSU members, including:

• 1st prize: $600 gift card
• 2nd prize: $300 gift card
• 3rd prize: $150 gift card

Plus, we’ve got multiple $50 gift cards to give away and a second chance draw of a $300 gift card, so make sure you grab a scratchie when you see us at your workplace.

We’ve all seen the power of sticking together, whether it’s creating change at work or supporting the broader community. That strength and solidarity deserves to be celebrated!

This year, as we prepare to enter bargaining for your new wage increases and conditions, we need that collective power more than ever, so we’ll also be sharing what’s coming up in the weeks and months ahead and building momentum by standing together.

For those who are working on either of the islands or any of our remote worksites, we have not forgotten you! We will be sending you a scratchie or visiting in the following weeks.

If you’d like to know more about what we do, or if you’re interested in getting involved in a workplace campaign, chat with one of our organisers when we visit or get in touch by ringing 1300 880 032  or email [email protected]

In the meantime, we can’t wait to see you soon to acknowledge and celebrate all the crucial work you do!

For more information about this or any other industrial matter, members should contact HACSUassist on 1300 880 032 or email [email protected] or complete our online contact form
