As you would be aware, we recently finished negotiations for the new Melaleuca General Staff Agreement and it went out to vote to all general staff employees.
Voting closed at 10am today, and for those who took the opportunity to have their say on what their wages and conditions would look like over the next 3 years it was a definite thumbs up!
What happens next?
The document will now be sent to the Fair Work Commission who will have the final say on whether the Agreement passes the BOOT (better off overall test) and if so, they will then approve the document with any recommendations.
For now, you will remain under the current Agreement until the new one is approved.
Well done to the bargaining team for their work on negotiating a fair deal for all general staff.
