Your voice matters – help us fight for disability support workers

Community and Disability Sector

HACSU is fighting for disability support workers, and we need your help.

Right now, skilled disability support workers are being pushed out of the sector or are burning out due to poor working conditions and low wages.

We're leading the charge to get the federal government to urgently address these critical issues, but to make sure our recommendations are current and impactful, we need to hear directly from you.

Please take a few moments to complete our online survey here. Your experiences and insights as a worker in the NDIS will help us update our understanding of the current state of the disability workforce and identify the day-to-day issues you face.

The survey will close on Wednesday 20 August 2025. Please feel free to share the link with colleagues who work in the disability sector so that they can also participate.

For more information about this or any other industrial matter, members should contact HACSUassist on 1300 880 032 or email [email protected] or complete our online contact form
